​At JH Cattle Co Mini Moo Addition, our breeding program begins with heart. Our carefully selected sire is the foundation of our herd, paired with cows chosen for their beauty, structure, and gentle dispositions. Together, they produce calves that are not only eye-catching, but sweet-natured and easy to love. Below, you can meet our sire, our herd, and the babies that make this program so special.

​​​​​​I’m the pretty face of the pasture. I’m a yellow Highland bull with lots of hair and even more charm. I’m ACHA registered and was born on 12/2/2023. I may be young, but I’m already proud to be the herd’s main man.

I’m the queen of this herd — and I carry that title proudly. I’m a beautiful black, AHCA registered Highland, born on 2/26/23. I welcomed my first calf on 9/16/25 and proved I don’t just rule the pasture… I raise royalty, too.

Fluff, sass, and a whole lot of class. I’m a striking red Highland, HHCA registered, born 4/14/23. My first calf arrived on 8/22/25, and I’ve been raising greatness ever since. I’m sweet and gentle — but when treats are in sight, I don’t wait my turn.

​Graceful, gentle, and just a little spoiled. I’m a red Highland, AHCA registered, born on 5/23/23. I had my first calf on 11/29/25 and quickly showed what a devoted, attentive mama I am. Calm, elegant, and proud of my little one.

Attitude as bright as my coat — and twice as bold. I’m a white Highland, HHCA registered, born on 12/27/22. I’ve got sass for days and I wear it proudly. I may be a little rude, but let’s be honest… every herd needs a diva.

Pretty from afar and quietly finding my confidence. I’m a silver Highland, HHCA registered, born on 4/6/24. I’m a little shy and still learning to trust, but give me time — I’m blossoming more each day.

​Naturally highlighted and not afraid to show it. I’m a red Highland with silver accents, AHCA registered, born on 10/27/24. I’m sweet, love my treats and scratches, but I do remind the babies who was here first. And yes… these highlights are 100% natural.

I’m one of Katie’s girls — which means I’m a little spoiled and I know it. I’m a black Highland, HHCA registered, born 8/24/23. Treats come first, scratches come second, and yes… I can be a little bossy. But when you’re part of a small, special herd, you get to have standards.

I’ve been Katie’s from the very beginning — brought home at just one month old, and we celebrate 2/21/21 as my special day. I’m the lead bossy diva of this herd and proudly so. I had my first calf on 12/16/25, and he’s just like I was as a baby. Around here, we don’t just grow… we pass down personality.

Shelly once called me the “ugly duckling” — now I’m the glow-up king. I’m a HighPark bull, born 3/3/24, who started out at events and grew into a confident, sweet-natured herd sire to Bianca, Clara, and Vanilla Bean. Turns out the quiet ones become the handsome heroes.

Second born on the ranch and already ruling hearts. Born on 9/16/25, I’m AHCA registered and proudly Shelly’s favorite. I’m sweet and adorable, but I can get a little ornery if my loves and treats are late. My mama is Lady — pasture royalty — so high standards run in the family.

I’m a red Highland, AHCA registered, blessed with my mama Annie’s elegance and charm. I may be shy, but royalty doesn’t need to be loud. I was born right here at Mini Moo Addition, and lucky for me, I’m not going anywhere! I get to grow up right here on the ranch with my Mini Moo family.

Still finding my courage, one step at a time. I'm Ivory's first calf, a brown Highland bull born on 2/20/26. The world can be a little scary, but with Mom by my side, I'm slowly learning that new adventures aren't so bad.

​I’m Trooper, born August 22, 2026, to my mama, Skye. I had a rough start and got pretty sick, and when Mama wasn’t making enough milk for me, the humans stepped in. Now I’m a bottle baby, getting stronger every day and soaking up all the extra attention! There’s a reason they named me Trooper—I’m one tough little guy with a whole lot of heart.

I’m Beefcake, born September 8, 2026, to my mama, Ginger. I’m her first baby boy, with a reddish-yellow coat and Mama’s beautiful green eyes. I earned my name because I came into this world big, sturdy, and built like a little beefcake!
